I don’t have any family accounts on iPadOS but when I try to verify the purchase is says it’s sending me a code but I don’t see any codes on any of my devices. Can’t I just buy the plug-in directly.
the code can only be sent as SMS, if you told them your cell number, or as an email if you told them your email address
there is no other way to acquire any app/software IMHO
I’m waiting on a SMS but I get nothing. I’ve had no issues at all when purchasing other apps or add-ons.
Have you tried to contact the vendor’s support?
If it is e.g. Plugin Boutique, you should contact them
If it is Scaler website, I’m sure that they will reply
I did.
Finally had to hack my Apple ID to get rid of extra ‘family’ account temporarily so that I could purchase from my main Apple ID account.
Seems like I ran in to some of the latest ‘security’ features that Apple added in latest iPadOS.
