Not Activating when I purchase it about an hour ago?

Hi @Cynthiacork1, welcome to the forum. If you’re referring to the registration of Scaler 2, please refer to the below:

If you purchased from Scaler Music, login to your account and click on My Products where you’ll find installation instructions at the bottom of the page. You will also find the latest version of Scaler 2 via the My Products page of your account.

If you purchased from Plugin Boutique, please click on ‘view now’ in the ‘Installation Instructions’ tab at the bottom of the product page here. You will also find the latest version of Scaler 2 in ‘My Account’ at Plugin Boutique.

If you’re having trouble logging into your account, you can reset you Scaler Music password here or your Plugin Boutique account here.
