When I check my Beatport Access app I corroborate that my subscription to the rent to own plan is active (actually I already paid twice without being able to use the app).
I have re-installed it multiple times, I even re installed Beatport Access and nothing seems to work.
Hi @danielvillazon and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately Beatport Access is something controlled by Plugin Boutique so you will have to lodge a support ticket with them. There are several posts about it on this forum so please do a search to see what you find. This thread talks about users purchasing after rent to own and some issue they faced. Please let us know how you go.
